Art Direction and Visual Storyteller
Paula is a visual storyteller specializing in Art, Photography and Humanitarian Action who adopted the nomadic lifestyle in 2018, dedicating herself full time to social projects and documentary research in Asia and the Middle East for 4 years.
After specializing in Barcelona with a degree in Photojournalism, she decided to deepen her training in war reporting, building on her previous experience as a volunteer in armed conflicts. This is how her documentary approach has focused on denouncing injustices towards the feminine and highlighting the crucial role of women in conflicts and hostile terrains around the world.
The conceptual visual aesthetic given by her academic profile as an artist, and the level of intimacy she achieves with the protagonists of her stories after living with them for an unlimited period of time, are the key hallmarks of the photographer’s work, committed to giving voice through visual storytelling to other women who have been violated.
Today, Paula has moved to the American continent, where she is collaborating with the MoMa Museum in New York in the future exhibition of the photojournalist Robert Frank; and then she will continue her journey through Latin America, where the next documentary investigations she will carry out will take place.

Paula es una narradora visual especializada en arte, fotografía y acción humanitaria que adoptó el estilo de vida nómada en 2018, dedicándose a tiempo completo a proyectos sociales e investigaciones documentales en Asia y Medio Oriente durante 4 años.
Tras especializarse en Barcelona con un postgrado de Fotoperiodismo, decidió profundizar en su formación en reporterismo de guerra, y completar de esta manera su anterior experiencia como voluntaria en conflictos armados. Así es como su enfoque documental se centra en denunciar injusticias hacia lo femenino, y resaltar el crucial papel de la mujer en conflictos y zonas de riesgo a nivel internacional.
Su estética visual se caracteriza por un perfil académico como artista conceptual, y por el nivel de confianza que establece con los protagonistas de sus reportajes. Ese intimismo, gracias a la convivencia a largo plazo, convierten su trabajo en un medio para dar voz a través de la narración visual a mujeres silenciadas.
A día de hoy, Paula se ha trasladado al continente Americano, donde está colaborando con el Museo MoMa de Nueva York en la futura exposición del fotoperiodista Robert Frank; para luego proseguir su recorrido por Latinoamérica, donde llevará a cabo los siguientes proyectos de investigación documental.
